Summary:

Involves supporting the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Marketing Coordinator to work closely with various departments to ensure all marketing activities align with business goals.
Marketing analyst as to conduct and prepare market research, coordinates events, manages content creation, and tracks the performance of marketing efforts to optimize results.

Role & Responsibilities:

Support in preparing marketing industry reports (market trends, specific industry reports).
Handles high-level management general affairs.
Support in arranging business meetings with clients.
Assisting in managing and leading business and technical industry events.
Support in leading the team for the whole event execution.
Handling all company registration with active clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor of Marketing / Business Administration, or similar.
5 ~ 10 years’ experience as marketing coordinator related to Hydrocarbon Construction industry.
Experience to work related to Projects of Saudi Aramco, Sabic is preferred.
Able to analyze, process and deliver market data (industry-specific, micro and macroeconomics).
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, confidently.
Should have good influence, networking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Positive, proactive, independent, and transparent attitude.
Must have excellent skills in MS office (Word, Excel , PPT).
Must have skills on report writing.
Should have good knowledge on construction industry and business process.
Must be fluent in English ,both written and spoken.
Arabic, Korean will be an added advantage.
