Location: Sainik Mode, Birtamode, Jhapa

Salary: 35k-45k gross

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Handle payroll processing and record-keeping.
Provide support for employee relations and performance management.
Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Management.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
