About the job:

The Executive Secretary will provide administrative support to CEO and executive team in all day-to-day requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

General administration of managing and organizing files, calendar management including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Organizing workload, take decisions whenever needed and delegated, and ensuring timely completion of routine and non-routine tasks as handed by the executive team.
Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality of clients and leaders.
Creating documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using appropriate software tools and company templates.
Serving as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
Organizing and preparing meetings, including gathering documents, agendas, and MoMs and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Preparing documentations such as drafts, reviews, dashboard, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Preferred candidate will have:

At least 5 years of experience in a corporate administrative role.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, public relations, or any related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using office productivity software, Power BI, Analytical skills and KPI’s.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
