Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and personable Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting our valued clients at regular intervals to maintain strong, positive relationships and ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular client visits to build and maintain relationships

Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Travel as required within the designated area

Requirements:

Proven experience in a relationship management or client-facing role

Valid driving license

Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Organized and able to manage time efficiently

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
