Post-Graduate Regulatory Science Apprenticeship with VCLS

In conjunction with TOPRA, we are offering a Post-Graduate Regulatory Science Apprenticeship. This is an opportunity for a recent graduate with an interest in medicines and a desire to build a career in Regulatory Affairs. You will embark on a 30 month programme that combines comprehensive Regulatory training with ‘on the job experience' working with experienced Consultants and exciting clients.

About The Apprenticeship

As a Post-Graduate Regulatory Science Apprentice, you will participate in a structured programme based on the Regulatory Affairs Specialist Standard, which was created by professionals working in various organizations within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. The programme is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours necessary to excel in the field of regulatory affairs.

Key details of the apprenticeship include;

Duration: The apprenticeship will run for a 30 month period, during which you will undergo comprehensive training and gain hands-on experienced in Regulatory Affairs.
Training Structure: Approximately 20% of your time will be dedicated to intensive Regulatory training provided by TOPRA. The remining 80% will be spent working with VCLS, where you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and gain invaluable on-the-job experience.
Qualification: Successful completion of the apprenticeship will lead to the attainment of a Masters (Level 7) Regulatory Affairs academic qualification

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Life Science, Pharmacy, Engineering)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
