I have worked in Dubai for the last 16 years in variation role chief engineer, maintenance manager, assistance maintenance manager’s duty engineer and maintenance Coordinator in Emaar, Address hotel and resort, five hotel and resort, Marriott and IHG group Hotel Indigo. I have 3 five-star hotel pre-opening experiences in the UAE Emaar Address hotel and resorts down town, Address BLVD and five hotel palm Jumeirah. In my last role after DOE, I was the 2nd person in charge of the department of five hotels and resorts. I am taking care of 60 team members in my department. My role includes managing operations, projects, daily operations, following up with AMC, taking care of HLP consumption, focusing on sustainability programs in the hotel, and daily briefing in management for engineering operations
