About
• As an IT Sourcing Manager, I oversee the end-to-end IT supply chain management process.
• I am the key point of contact for sourcing and procuring global IT Hardware including Networking & Security, Services, Storage, Maintenance (AMC), data centers (DC), Passive networking components and Asset disposal (scrap).
• Collaborating with IT teams (end users) to understand technology needs and align procurement plans (MRP) with strategic objectives to ensure accurate inventory (BOM).
• Managing end-to-end procurement including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management in line with business requirements. Vendor like CISCO, Arista, Juniper
• Conducting market analysis to identify competitive suppliers, Handling benchmark pricing trends and executing the complete RFX (RFI, RFP, RFB, RFQ) process using effective strategies. Working with supplier CISCO, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, CheckPoint, FortiGate, Imperva, Dell, HPE etc…
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that reduce IT procurement costs while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines. I am analyze the market for suitable products at competitive prices based on customer needs and ensure the right product is procured at the right price according to demand.
• I am working with the Budget and Finance teams to optimize CAPEX and OPEX forecasting while conducting spend analysis.
• Closely building relationships with reliable OEMs, distributors, and partners, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance benchmarks in terms of cost, discount structures, and delivery timelines (LT). Additionally, I conduct market trend analysis to maintain adequate inventory.
• Contract Negotiation & Compliance – I negotiate high-value contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSA), delivery NOCs, NDAs, and redline agreements while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Logistics & Deliverables – I am closely monitoring end-to-end shipping and tracking of shipments, facilitate Incoterms such as CIF, FTWZ, DAP, and DDP, and manage paperwork for STPI/SEZ units.
• Disposal/Scrap – I manage the worldwide IT/non-IT disposal process, including evaluating inventory, obtaining necessary approvals, coordinating with government officials for asset bonding and de-bonding, assessing suppliers based on government regulations, arranging quotations, processing bill payments, and overseeing asset handover.
• Working in a critical environment, managing BCP support, creating SOWs, SOPs, and AVL (approved vendor list) as per QMS requirements.
