Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor at Esquare Global Partners located in Karachi South District. The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for supervising call center agents, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing teams, analyzing performance, and maintaining effective communication within the call center.
