We are looking for a creative, collaborative, clear thinker who can lead our community involvement work. We want to sustain and develop our relationships with people, communities and the VCSE. We are looking for someone who can bring expertise and experience of working with diverse groups of people and who can support robust evaluation of health and care work.
The diverse nature of our work means that skills and experience acquired from a variety of professional backgrounds including, for example, health & social care, education, local authority or the private sector will be looked at favourably.
The Appointed Individual Will Work With The Director For Community Involvement And Workforce Innovation, And HIOTV Programmes, To Develop And Deliver
- Community involvement: advice, design and delivery of community involvement activities such as:
- Developing ongoing, reciprocal relationships with local community and patient groups
- Supporting and developing our network of existing public partners
- Exploring new funding opportunities
- Evaluation: advice, design and delivery of evaluation activities such as:
- Designing and running focus groups and surveys
- Identifying and defining data requirements, data collection and analysis
- Presenting findings of evaluations
The post holder will be responsible for the full programme life cycle including effective scoping, planning and delivery of projects to time, budget and quality expectations.
