Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven Marketing Intern who is eager to hone their marketing skills in a fast-paced, creative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sponsorship management, and event promotion. While this role is unpaid, there is potential for performance-based bonuses for exceptional contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design and develop engaging marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional posts.
- Campaign Innovation: Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to our student audience, staying ahead of relevant trends.
- Sponsor Management: Assist in securing and managing sponsor relationships, ensuring seamless integration into marketing efforts.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and student preferences to inform campaign strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the events and marketing teams to align promotional activities with overall event goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Creative Drive: A passion for coming up with fresh, innovative ideas and the ability to execute them effectively.
- Marketing/Promotional Acumen: Some experience in marketing, communications, or related fields. Eg proven TikTok success etc
- Trend Awareness: Familiarity with current social media platforms, trends, and student culture.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Hands On Approach: Ready to muck into any related task with ferocity and enthusiasm
