Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Frappe ERP-Next Functional leaders with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of expertise in the manufacturing domain to join our dynamic team. As a Frappe ERP-Next Functional leaders, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Frappe ERP-Next solutions for our internal stakeholders in the manufacturing process building in ERP. Your deep understanding of manufacturing processes and your technical skills with Frappe ERP-Next will be invaluable in helping our internal users streamline their operations, improve efficiency, and achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to gather and understand their specific manufacturing processes, workflows, and business objectives.
- Solution Design: Design and configure Frappe ERP-Next solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of each Internal Stakeholders. Ensure that the ERP system aligns with best practices in the manufacturing domain.
- Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of Frappe ERP-Next , including data migration, system setup, and user training. Ensure that the ERP system is deployed efficiently and effectively.
- Customization: Develop custom scripts, modules, and reports within Frappe ERP-Next to address unique manufacturing needs and optimize system functionality.
- Integration: Integrate Frappe ERP-Next with other business systems and third-party applications as required, ensuring seamless data flow and information exchange.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the ERP system. Ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- User Training: Provide training sessions to end-users and Internal Stakeholders personnel to ensure they can effectively use the ERP system and maximize its potential.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP configurations, customizations, and processes for reference and future updates.
- Support and Maintenance: Offer ongoing support to Internal Stakeholders, troubleshoot system issues, and provide timely resolutions. Perform regular system updates and optimizations to keep the ERP system running smoothly.
- Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to Internal Stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices, industry trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering) is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Frappe ERP-Next , with a focus on manufacturing module implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including but not limited to production planning, inventory management, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Frappe ERP-Next customization, scripting, and module development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Certification in Frappe ERP-Next is a plus.
