Job Description
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
- Identify potential markets, customers, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Ensure proper distribution and availability of products across the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve offerings.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to key accounts and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and activities to boost sales.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and dealer meets.
- Collaborate with the marketing, supply chain, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
