Overview
The Account and Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of an organization's administrative and accounting processes. This position demands a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the accounting team in accounting.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Help in tracking accounts payable and receivable functionalities.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate databases.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
- Monitor office supplies and manage inventory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree completed or running.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
