Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and the general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Monitor inventory costs, sales, and budgets for accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage external audits.
- Maintain and optimize ERP systems to enhance financial efficiency.
- Provide actionable financial insights to assist senior management in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on the building materials or similar industries. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong understanding of inventory management, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
