Scope Of The Role
itsu [grocery] is looking for a customer service lead to join its growing supply chain team. Motivated by: providing excellent customer service, problem solving and developing process; this new role will manage the movement of products from our warehouses to our retailers & wholesalers. They should be analytical and excellent at building strong relationships with our customers to maximise our service. They will own service level reporting, investigating order & invoice issues.
- Manage & develop the UK customer supply chain execs - order capture from our customers & short supply situations with our warehouses.
- Build strong relationships with customer contacts, ensuring best in class communication.
- Report on service levels, driving customer centricity across the supply chain function. Ensure route cause analysis when we do have issues.
- Review processes looking for opportunities to automate and standardise
- Work collaboratively with wider supply chain to maximise service levels while managing cost and environmental impact.
- Look for efficiencies and cost savings in our deliveries to our customers.
