Job Description
Ibis London Barkingis looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team at the hotel. This position is for a
Day and NightHotel Team Memberwho the will work in our fabulous team, incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage duties in line with the business demands with great possibilities for growth within the company.
Ibis London Barking is home to 86 inviting guest bedrooms (complete with en suite power showers, 43' flat screen TV's and tea & coffee facilities), our affordable London hotel puts on a very good value hot & cold breakfast spread each morning, setting you up for even the busiest of days.

- Provide a friendly and personalised welcome for our guests
- Offer an attentive and personalised service

Overview Of Duties / Mission
- You will have the ability to multi-task and have a proactive personality in this busy hands on role
- Welcomes guests as soon as they arrive with care and attention, with a personalised approach
- Provide guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay
- Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell
- Handle and resolve any guest feedback and is able to handle them in the most efficient and satisfying manner
- Promoting company’s ALL loyalty programme
- Prepare all the documents required for the day
Required Skills And Experience ForDay And NightHotel Team Member
- Good interpersonal skills, guest oriented and service minded
- Flexible with working hours is essential
