One of our favourite clients and high end interior specialist is looking for an In-House Business Development Executive to join their very friendly team!
You will be based at their beautiful showroom in Clerkenwell/Farringdon.
Your role will include:
- To professionally manage and respond to all incoming email and phone enquiries
- Support the UK sales team by issuing written quotations, updating opportunity pipelines
and managing all sample requests
- Responsible for maintaining all UK sample stock levels both in the London showroom
and UK warehouse
- Provide daily & monthly reports on the incoming calls, quotes & sample activity
- Responsible for ensuring the CRM database is up to date
- Proactively managing all out of area opportunities
- Keeping abreast of any new product, environmental, technical & installation information
- Updating and managing our company Dropbox account
- Providing daily support to our Sales Team
- Supporting the Sales Director and Southern Sales Manager with adhoc tasks
- Providing holiday and sickness cover for the Customer Services Manager
- Supporting the Client Experience Manager with showroom cover and client activations
- Supporting the Client Experience Manager in ensuring showroom and office standards
- are maintained at all times.
- Proactively engage with retailers
You must have strong communication skills, great attention to detail and be proactive.
Hours are 8.30-5 or 9-5.30 and salary dependant on experience (up to £35,000)
