Job Title Director of Marketing EMEA | Location Chiswick, London
As the Director of Marketing at Starbucks EMEA you will have a holistic view of brand and business, leading both short and long-term strategies with our company owned and licensed partners across our 42 markets. It is critical that you be able to synthesise the needs of all stakeholders and develop integrated marketing plans that will drive brand relevancy while delighting customers with moments that only Starbucks can.
In this role, from an operational marketing perspective you will be our brand guardian at a senior level leading our brand initiatives across the region. Leading a cross functional team to deliver an always-on brand approach and highly effective seasonal campaigns such as our iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte.
We are looking for someone who is customer obsessed with incredible attention to detail when it comes to brand execution, leveraging insights to derive what’s next for our brand and customers. We are in a moment of reinvigorating our brand and taking on this role will mean pioneering that future and leaving a legacy in your wake.
As our next Director of Marketing EMEA, you will play a critical role in driving growth, while embodying Starbucks' mission and values.

- P and L and budget responsibility
