Job Title Director of Category| Location Chiswick, London
As the Director of Category EMEA you will be responsible for setting the category strategy for 42 markets across the region working closely with our company owned and Licensed partners. To be a success in this role we are looking for a strong communicator who is commercially astute and passionate about taking the business to the top of the premium beverage category and beyond. You will have experience working in a similar role in a consumer centric, matrixed organisation.
From a product perspective you will be an innovative product leader who has their finger on the pulse when it comes to customer and market trends. This role is also responsible for not just category but the R and D function for EMEA in addition which means you will have full accountability for product launches from conception to delivery.
As our next Director of Category, you will play a critical role in driving growth, while embodying Starbucks' mission and values.
