About the job:
Infosys Consulting is looking for an experienced ‘Associate Marketing Manager’ to join the consulting marketing team. This role will help develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance our brand presence.
This is a go-to-market role and we’re looking for someone to work closely with the field marketing teams to help develop and execute marketing & communications plans for specific offerings across consulting practices and industries . This will involve working with cross-functional teams across marketing , business and sales.
Responsibilities:
- To understand the business and marketing objectives of the aligned area of business ( Practice or vertical segments), as well as developing an understanding of the market opportunity for the identified areas of business.
- Manage the integrated planning, design and execution of key marketing campaigns ensuring we are employing the right channel mix for an optimal client experience. This can include advertising, internal communications, events & sponsorships, web content management, social media, among others
- Provide the most effective campaign strategy as well delivering effective, high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audiences and reinforce the brand.
- Work with Sales, Marketing and in some cases agencies to execute the plan
- Follow-through on contacts and leads created to generate and accelerate sales pipeline. Understand the IC target audience and work towards segmentation identification -Building valid Data Bases to help execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand compliance of creative and messaging . Co-ordinate with design and production teams (internal and agency) for the creation of market ready collaterals, artifacts, sales enablers, etc.
- Identify key influencers like analysts, journalists and consultants and develop good relationships in order to achieve high media share-of-voice and analyst endorsements
- Operations management: managing systems and processes and ensuring compliance.
- Budgeting and operations management: managing systems and processes and ensuring compliance; also managing the CRM process of the unit to drive greater collaboration between Sales and Marketing.
- Overall process governance and compliance adherence.
Professional Skills:
Brand development process: Knowledge of brand building, brand development and brand equity measurement principles, frameworks and practices to execute specific assignments and/or develop, measure and refine brand development / positioning strategies as per role expectations.
Knowledge of channels: Knowledge of various marketing channels, channel management techniques and/or new technical channels to support or manage the channel life cycle, evaluate and improve channel effectiveness or create strategies for successful adaptation
Knowledge of market: Knowledge of culture, competitive and influencer landscape and pricing strategies to measure performance, identify positioning/differentiation strategies and channel partners and engage with stakeholders to recommend appropriate communication strategies
Content asset development and management: Understanding on building and executing thought leadership content and programs. Knowledge of messaging strategies, channel consumption patterns, practices, guidelines, and Infosys content management processes to identify and create content strategy and recommend enhancements.
Social Media Oversight: Understanding of design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
Performance Analysis: Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing effectiveness against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Graphic Design Management: Oversee graphic design production for all marketing collateral.
Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate tradeshow arrangements, including registration, shipping, and promotion.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5-6 years experience in the marketing / sales function Minimum of 3 experience with service line / portfolio marketing and B2B marketing experience
- Experience developing service-based value propositions and taking them to market.
- Experience in marketing digital transformation/ technology consulting services preferred.
- Experience creating and executing global marketing campaigns.
- Work, passion, or insights in the technology / digital industry.
