Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead the forecasting & Capacity planning activity for TSC across SMU/SL
2. Interlock & govern the plan, progress, gaps & trigger corrective actions on an ongoing basis
3. Fulfilment plan design for top 25 skills along with SL TSC/Practice, bring in predictability, mature the process towards fulfilment ‘on-demand’ for these skills
4. Bring in external perspective, be a strategic thinker and rollout initiatives basis identification of problem areas
