We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to be part of our well-established team based in Muscat, Oman.

You can work collaboratively with each operation to fully understand each department’s needs
You understand how to connect with top talent across across the region to discuss our live roles and help NES to find candidates who compliment our operations perfectly
You enjoy deploying creative sourcing methods and have create strong presence on social media to educate about NESF’s opportunities and initiatives

To be considered you need:
5 years’ experience of recruitment in an agency environment
The ability to work independently, problem solve and be creative
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Oil & Gas - The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with previous recruitment experience in Oil & Gas and a record of persistently meeting or exceeding their individual sales targets.
