Description:
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Trainer to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English and have a proven track record in training and development. This role will be instrumental in delivering engaging and effective training programs to our employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs in both Arabic and English.
- Assess training needs and develop curriculum accordingly.
- Conduct training sessions in a clear and engaging manner
- Prepare learning materials for programs, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Monitor training progress and provide feedback to trainees and management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in Arabic and English
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar training role
- Willingness to relocate to Oman
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify gaps in skills.
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (spefeficllly Excel and Powerpoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the retail industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
