Cleaning Dining Areas – Wiping down tables, chairs, and booths, cleaning floors, and ensuring a tidy dining space for guests.
Cleaning Restrooms – Regularly sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies (toilet paper, soap), and ensuring they are always presentable.
Dishwashing – Washing dishes, utensils, glasses, and kitchenware, either manually or using a dishwasher.
Sweeping and Mopping Floors – Keeping floors in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean and free from spills.
Cleaning Windows and Doors – Ensuring that windows, glass doors, and mirrors are clean and streak-free.
Sanitizing Surfaces – Regularly wiping down high-touch areas like menus, condiment containers, and door handles.
Emptying Trash Bins – Taking out trash from dining areas, restrooms, and kitchens, ensuring the area remains clean and odor-free.
Cleaning Kitchen Areas – Wiping down counters, equipment, and ensuring the kitchen is clean and free from food debris.
Cleaning Appliances – Regularly cleaning kitchen appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, and other equipment.
Maintaining Cleanliness During Shifts – Ensuring that any spills or messes are cleaned up immediately during service to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Brooms and Dustpans – For sweeping floors to remove debris and dust.
Mop and Bucket – Used for mopping floors to keep them clean and free of spills.
Cleaning Cloths or Rags – For wiping down surfaces, tables, and counters.
Dishwasher – For washing dishes, glasses, and utensils quickly and efficiently.
Sanitizing Sprays or Wipes – For cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, especially high-touch areas like menus, door handles, and condiment containers.
Scrub Brushes – For scrubbing stubborn stains on kitchen equipment, floors, or restroom surfaces.
Trash Bags and Bins – For collecting and disposing of waste from dining areas, restrooms, and the kitchen.
Glass Cleaner – For cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to keep them streak-free.
Toilet Brushes – For cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, especially toilets.
Vacuum Cleaner – For cleaning carpets or upholstered furniture in dining or entry areas.
Cleaning Gloves – For protecting hands when handling chemicals or cleaning dirty areas.
Floor Squeegee – For pushing excess water off floors after mopping, particularly in high-traffic areas.
