Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
o Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and
threats.
Brand Management:
o Oversee the development and management of the company's brand identity and positioning.
o Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Digital Marketing:
o Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content
marketing.
o Utilize data analytics to optimize digital campaigns and improve ROI.
Campaign Management:
o Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and events.
o Monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
o Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance.
o Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with
business goals.
Public Relations and Communications:
o Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and reputation.
o Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
Budget Management:
o Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
o Track and report on marketing expenditures and return on investment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of marketing management experience in Dubai, with a preference for candidates from the real estate industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Proficiency in marketing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
