Responsible for greeting members and/or guests with a smile and assisting them with their
enquiries.
Assists the MM in answering phone calls in a friendly and professional manner when calls
are transferred/directed to the membership line.
Assists the MM in calling website leads following the 59Club template, then following up
leads once information has been shared. All leads must be tracked and logged in the Lead
Spreadsheet.
Responsible for the acknowledgment of the medical suspension and resignation requests
from members as well as preparation of the packs accordingly.
Responsible for receiving membership subscription fees or EGF payments - be it in the
form of cash, credit card or cheque. The MS Clerk is also responsible to handover the
payment received to the Finance department along with the relevant documents.
Coordinates with Finance regarding members Statement of Accounts (SOA).
Issues the updated membership list every 1 st day of each month to relevant departments.
Ensures that all details of a new Member is received, e.g Membership Application form,
passport copy, EID card, credit card copy (in terms of MCCA), ID photo, etc. when creating
a profile in CONCEPT and the subsequent Member’s Receipt file.
