About The Role
TheOperations Supervisor is responsible for delivering the highest level ofservice to the clients and their luggage from the front door of the FBOterminal to on-board the aircraft ready for take-off, They would becoordinating with Flight Operations Team in Headquarters via phone or GTMsystem to work on the scheduled requests and follow up the concerned personnel(catering, ground services, etc.). They coordinate with the ramp team to ensurethat the operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities(but not limited to):
- Safety of team andequipment/assets at all times.
- Line management ofOperations and Guest Experience teams
- Must display the highestlevel of customer service to all clients by maintaining pleasant, professional,friendly and outgoing attitude.
- Ensuring a smooth operationby coordinating and overseeing all levels of the daily FBO operation.
- Wing walking to ensure safe services.
- Use GTM toupdate/view/assist handling requests, special requests and fuelling services.
- Coordinate with customerrequests, questions, and needs to maintain continuous quality services.
- Monitoring of Jetexstandards within all teams and implementation of new changes in line with brandguidelines.
- Assist FBO Manager to support the business functions of the running of terminal to includebut not limited to budgeting, contracts, customer feedback, supplier managementand liaison with Headquarters as required.
- Operate office equipment toinclude but not limited to air-to-ground radios (base station), ground radios,GTM systems, computers and phones as required.
- Knowledge of all aspects ofJetex and operational functions as well as business aviation and London BigginHill Airport
- Knowledge of CustomerService should include assisting customers with hotel reservations, groundtransportation, catering, limo service, local attractions, activities and otherfunctions that will be helpful to the clients.
- Follow safety regulations,training requirements and company policies, and guidelines from Jetex/LondonBiggin Hill Airport.
- Any other duties assignedby Line Manager.
Requirement:
Qualification | High School Education

Experience | Experience in Aviation is preferred. Strong leadership and team management experience is required. |
Specific /Technical Skills | Fluent in English Excellent in customer service Excellent communication and people management skills Well versed in IT Skills (MS Office database management) Passionate about delivering excellence, detailed, customer focused and results oriented. |
