Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus).
· Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects and campaigns.
· Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and leading creative teams.
· Expertise in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
