- Job duties:
- Work to implement policies and procedures for issuing documents, workflow, filing, organizing supplies, maintaining records, and other clerical services related to the tasks of the administrative unit.
- Implementing various administrative and office tasks for the administrative unit, including photocopying, printing, receiving, and arranging messages, in addition to ensuring the availability of office and technical supplies in the direct manager.
- Receiving incoming correspondence to the administrative unit and preparing appropriate responses whenever possible, directing issues that require action by departments/divisions and following them up to ensure their effective completion.
- Prioritizing reports and decisions that need to be reviewed by the direct manager.
- Issuing periodic reports for the work of the administrative unit.
- Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

- Educational requirements:
- Bachelor degree, Secretarial, Business Administration and Secretarial, Office Administration and Secretarial, Office Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related specialty.
