What Front Desk Officer – MMBL does?
- Oversee the visitor management system at the Head Office, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all guests and extending a warm welcome to visitors.
- Coordinate with security personnel to manage access for visitors, particularly for executive-level meetings and appointments.
- Responsible for the front desk operations, including answering incoming calls, addressing visitor inquiries, and ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Manage Café attendance and handle the receipt and verification of invoices.
- Ensure email acknowledgment for printed supplies dispatched to branches, maintaining accurate records of ordered quantities.
- Oversee the reservation of Board Rooms and Meeting Rooms at the Head Office and handle inquiries related to room bookings.
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Front Desk Officer?
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution.
- Have a minimum of 02 years’ experience as Front Desk/Guest Officer.
