Job Details - What is Officer Account Onboarding - MMBL?
- Ensure compliance with Bank's policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Bank Operations efficiently and consistently.
- Responsibility of Daily routine operation matters, creation and implementation of internal SOPs for smooth operations of the bank.
- Ensure complete understanding of Banking processes (Account Opening) policies & documentation requirement.
- Keeping a strong follow-up on all the issues reported via emails and providing correct and immediate resolution
- Review Cooperate Account opening documents for processing. And also review accounts which has been received through digital on boarding Portal.
- Correspondence and follow ups with internal and external stakeholders for enrichment of operations matters
- Coordination with MMBL Branches & HO department for smooth handling of Operational activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and uphold records on daily basis for audit purpose.
- Having good knowledge of all bank's operational Manual & Products
- Maintain high motivational level and moral to perform tasks well in time
- Providing back end support and services to branches and providing effective solutions to their problems.
- Perform UAT related to Account opening or relative to Account Maintenance.
- Any Other Task Assigned By line manager.
- What Officer Account Onboarding - MMBL does?
- Meeting targets, Ensuring and maintenance of standard call time to meet the assigned targets with proficiency.
- Customer satisfaction, Handling customers with highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, tactfully handling of disgruntled customer.
- Compliance with statutory requirements and Ensure the secrecy of the customer and bank data.
- Having good knowledge of all bank’s Operational Manual & Products.
- Any other Task Assign by Line Manager

- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. - Sound Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Excellent Presentation Skills - Excellent knowledge of Banking Regulations - Bachelors or Master’s Degree done from a Reputable Institute
