About the Role
As a Assistant Manager in the team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:
Qualifications-
5+ years as a Business Analyst in financial services; Basel III knowledge essential.
Location- Bangalore, Delhi, Pune
Requirements-
- Requirement Gathering: Analyze and document Basel III requirements with stakeholders.
- Documentation: Develop BRDs and business rules for capital and liquidity metrics.
- Data Validation: Ensure data accuracy and perform gap analysis for regulatory reporting.
- Solution Design: Collaborate on solutions with IT and regulatory teams.
- Testing: Conduct UAT to verify compliance with Basel III requirements.
- Reporting: Support preparation of Basel III regulatory reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate updates and project status to stakeholders.
- Risk Analysis: Conduct impact assessments and scenario analysis
- Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst in financial services; Basel III knowledge essential.
- Skills: Proficient in Excel, SQL, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and BRD documentation.
Preferred: Experience in Agile/Waterfall.
