This multi award-winning and innovative beauty brand holds the top spot in several categories. A very exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Head of Global Brand Marketing to join a hugely talented marketing team in central London.
Your role will be responsible for the development and implementation of the brand marketing strategy globally. The business has big plans for 2025 , with exciting new NPD coming to market which will shake up the category and bring in new growth. Reporting into the VP of Marketing, your role will be to deliver 360 ground-breaking marketing campaigns and supporting both new product launches. The role will also be instrumental in helping market and distribution expansion plans, cascading knowledge from one retailer to another.

Experience Required:
- Ideally 6 + years senior brand marketing management experience (FMCG, Beauty, luxury, Fashion) Life style brand preferable
- Experience people leader(8+ people)
- Strategic marketing - executing strategies to grow revenue, increase market share
- Proven track record reaching target consumer to drive awareness across US, EMEA and APAC markets
- Digital Marketing and Social media brand management
- Omni-channel retail and shopper marketing, 360 marketing activation, in-store strategies
