Oversee all operational aspects of cement manufacturing, including production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Financial Management
Develop and manage annual budgets and financial plans.
Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansions.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements. Corporate Governance
Work closely with the Board of Directors to implement corporate policies and strategies.
