We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Rewards & Performance Senior Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and performance management programs. You will work closely with leadership to ensure our rewards strategies align with business goals and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy:
- Develop and implement competitive compensation structures and pay practices.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate and refine pay structures.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate training and support for managers on performance evaluation and feedback techniques.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement employee recognition programs that drive engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on rewards and performance initiatives.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve rewards strategies.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation and performance metrics to senior management.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our programs remain competitive.
- Project Management:
- Lead special projects related to rewards and performance, including system implementations and policy updates.
- Collaborate with HRIS team to optimize HR technology tools related to compensation and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, job evaluation, and performance management principles.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
