Marketing Assistant- Key duties
Administration control of PDF document creation and amendments
Updating and controlling business letterheads and business cards
Assisting in web design in general including: website creation, updating existing websites, backups
Using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and the ways that users interact with the sites
Assisting in document design
Assisting in updating social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages
Administration duties relating to the content library.
Submitting ideas for marketing programmes (blogs and content) designed to enhance and
grow the companys brand.
Marketing Assistant Key Requirements
Knowledge and experience in working with WordPress
Knowledge and understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO)
Knowledge and experience of using social media platforms for business marketing purposes.
Proven time management and prioritisation abilities
Integrity and honesty
Familiarity with business principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail
Industry knowledge
