We are looking for a motivated and experienced Product Owner to oversee the development of our new project and drive ongoing improvements. The ideal candidate will deeply understand user needs, market trends, and business objectives to ensure that the platform delivers a seamless user and customer experience.
What Are You Required To Do
- Act as a liaison between the Project Manager and Product Team to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks for the Product Team.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to define the product roadmap, focusing on critical features for MVP and final product release.
- Work closely with backend and frontend developers, as well as UI/UX designers, to ensure alignment and successful execution of the project.
- Collect and analyze user, stakeholder, and team feedback to shape requirements, features, and products.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, including users, business leaders, and developers.
- Create and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and improvements based on user needs and business goals.
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Prepare detailed product requirements documents and user stories.
- Monitor product metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and goals, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and provide recommendations to improve product features and performance.
- Continuously monitor and manage the project's technical risks and issues, providing timely solutions.
What you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a tech or SaaS company preferred.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Solid technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the SaaS industry with a focus on customer journey and user experience.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
