Responsibilities
- Ensure company compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handle contracts, disputes, and governance practices.
- Support financial growth, engage in community outreach, assist farmer programs.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM with specialization in corporate or business law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and governance.
