Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s financial strategy, HR functions, and compliance.
- Oversee payroll, recruitment, retention, and performance evaluations.
- Handle financial forecasting, risk management, and investor relations.
- Support financial growth, engage in community outreach, assist farmer programs.
Eligibility
- MBA, ACCA, or CPA qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance with HR management as an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial strategy and HR practices.
