What You Will Be Doing
You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for the Wholesale Coverage team, you will handle tasks like account opening, transfers, profile changes. This role requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Manage all operational tasks related to accounts, supporting Relationship Managers to ensure smooth execution.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide expert guidance and timely resolution of customer queries, ensuring seamless customer experience and adherence to bank procedures.
- Promote Online Banking: Encourage the adoption of online banking to reduce account-related queries and enhance customer convenience.
- Manage Fixed Deposits & Reporting: Assist in managing fixed deposits, maintaining records, and supporting the preparation of MIS reports and presentations.
- Compliance & Query Handling: Address account-related issues (e.g., cheques, alerts) in compliance with bank regulations.
What You Should Have
- Client Management: Ensure seamless and efficient internal processing to support the Coverage unit, while effectively managing client expectations.
- Collaboration: Serve as a key support function, acting as an intermediary between stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills to facilitate clear and concise interactions across all levels.
- Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage and balance the expectations of internal stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
- Process and Systems Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the bank's processes and internal systems capabilities to optimize operational efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum two years of experience managing clients.
