THIS A FULL TIME POSITION IN Ras Al Khaimah
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across all locations to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare inventory reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to track stock movements and update inventory systems.
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent losses and maintain accurate stock records.
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain daily financial transactions, including invoicing, purchases, and payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger, and other financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of required documents.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Creating Monthly Reports on Tally Prime and excel
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management and accounting (3+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Tally Prime
- Proficiency in Excel
