Job Profile
1. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new real estate developers, new markets, growth areas, trends - or new ways of reaching existing markets
2. Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation
3. Generate leads and cold call prospective real estate developers
4. Meet with customers/clients face-to-face
5. Understand their media plan and pitch for Brand Estate structure accordingly
6. Maintain detailed MIS reporting
7. Coordinate with other departments in the company to get new leads for business
8. Make presentation on confirmed deals to be presented to Investment Committee
9. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the real estate world
10. Attend real estate events in the city and gather relevant information for business development
