Job Summary
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- HR Professional Certification is preferred.
- Requires 5-7 years of related experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position/responsibility.
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas industry and regional experience is preferred.
- Being bilingual is an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge in employee relations policies, procedures, and practices is required.
- Extensive knowledge in HRIS is required.
- Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and regulations is necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
- Job responsibilities include leading and guiding the Employee Relations Team, collaborating with HR Manager, managing and resolving employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations into employee complaints, and acting as a liaison between employees and management.
- The position also involves managing all employment contracts, overseeing employees’ data and records, managing HRMS’s master data, reviewing and validating new joiners’ salary and applicable allowance and benefits, and providing escalation support.
- The role requires working with the Learning and Development Specialist to help coordinate a rigorous management by objectives culture.
- The job holder must adhere to all relevant QHSES policies, procedures, instructions, and controls.
- The position may involve other duties as directed by the HR Manager.
