Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Head for B2B Retail Sales to oversee and drive sales operations across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team (including people managers), developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets within the designated region.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple locations, providing guidance, training and motivation to achieve targets.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and achieve company goals in the B2B sector.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales growth, revenue targets, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure high levels of productivity, performance, and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses related to sales activities and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree + MBA (desirable)
