We are seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to join our award-winning Holiday & Short Term Rentals team. We are looking for someone who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of up to 50 properties (area specific).
- Coordinate any issues faced by the tenants on a daily basis.
- Coordinate check ins and check outs for the guests on a 24 hour basis.
- Schedule all housekeeping requirements.
- Facilitate any maintenance issues with our in-house maintenance team or 3rd party maintenance teams.
- Responsible to maintain a high level of occupancy all year round.
- Carrying out Inventory checks after guests leave the property.
- Answer incoming leads via email, phone and WhatsApp for listings.
- Responding to all enquiries on International platforms.
- Facilitate viewings with clients.
- Track, remind and collect any due rental payments.
- Responsible to return clients security deposits.
- Record all bookings and client’s information in our PMS system.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Driving license and car is a must.
- Experience in Dubai is essential.
- Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Proven experience improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in English.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
