- Implement short to medium time horizon work plans and tactics for maintenance strategy
- Maintain various types of equipment including CNC, PLC based, hydraulic, lathe machines, roll press machines, plate cutting machines, welding machines, blasting and painting equipment
- Maintain equipment and utilities in all workshop facilities
- Maintain civil and structure of all workshop facilities
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, electronic and communication components of the equipment
- Prepare and manage spare parts required for maintenance
- Assist Head of Maintenance in preparing maintenance strategies
- Prepare RCA reports and provide proposals for preventing repeat failures
- Prepare scopes of work and tender documentation for subcontractors
- Supervise subcontractors and maintenance technicians
- Prepare risk assessments and apply for required permits
- Maintain maintenance records
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for system and structure changes
- Communicate training needs, process improvements and follow up on implementation
- Prioritize and schedule work considering all available resources
- Adhere to health and safety protocols for a safe and healthy work environment
- Demonstrate work behaviors consistent with company values and policies
- Ensure compliance to quality management procedures
- Ensure that SAP Module is maintained according to the schedule
- Implement and monitor compliance to department budgets
- Monitor approved subcontractors
- Demonstrate leadership at monthly section review meetings
- Support execution of daily operations, ensuring maintenance plans are met
- Provide timely updates and inputs for internal decision making and performance review processes
- Foster a culture of safety and productive work
- Ensure achievement of key performance indicators and address performance issues
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
