Job Description
As a Proofreader, you are responsible for regular and delegated translations/proofreading for all departments. If you are passionate about proofreading, translations, and any other related tasks, you will have the possibility to work closely with colleagues from different departments to support them on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular and delegated translations/proofreading for all departments.
- Translating information and instructions for stores (e.g. campaign info, presentation methods, technical assembly, etc.).
- Translating internal training, delegated locally or globally.
- Translating instructions to all programs/platforms/projects implemented locally or globally.
- Translating security routines for local activities.
- Review, edit and write according to H&M guidelines; improve the overall content.
Qualifications

What you need to succeed:
- Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
- Professional behavior with positive attitude, willing to learn, adapting fast to changes.
- Excellent skills in structuring written documents, emails, and communications.
- Result oriented with attention to detail and strong time management.
- Outgoing personality and positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

This is
a part-time position with local located in Vilnius, Lithuania. The Proofread is part of the HR Department.
