We are supporting our client in their search for an experienced Head of Marketing & Communications. Working for this beautiful and unique Luxury Lifestyle Brand you would manage the marketing and communications, collaborating with relevant partners, to deliver engaging activations, growing brand awareness and footfall to the stores, whilst ensuring the brand message is communicated effectively and consistently.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Devise a comprehensive marketing strategy to communicate the brand stories in an authentic and effective way
- Review and develop the brand visions with the Creative Director and ensure this is communicated inall aspects of the business, both internal and external.
- Manage all marketing and communications activity, directing the team and any outside agencies
- Create and manage a marketing calendar, initiatives and events across all channels through the year
- Review and define and the brand elements, visual guidelines and language, to ensure consistency,ensuring the brand deck is constantly updated
- Manage global PR agency ensuring the brand has regular coverage in relevant publications
- Identify the key influencers and ambassadors connect and develop EIP relationships
- Explore and create effective brand partnerships and collaborations
- Oversee all store launches and on-going marketing support to create growing awareness and generate regular traffic
- Oversee the social marketing agency to connect with the customer, build following and awareness, and drive footfall to the retail and on-line stores
- Manage, develop and build the CRM strategy
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to develop a strong digital strategy and increase traffic to the website
- Develop and nurture the global client list, ensuring that the brand communities are connected and engaged
- Establish a VIP/ Celebrity program, supporting VIP events and trunk shows, and ensuring the in-store teams are properly trained on VIP management
- Create a strategy for media spend, both on-line and off-line, producing a budget and analysing the ROI
- As the business grows build and nurture a first-rate marketing team
- Responsible for the Marketing and Communications budget.
SKILLS / EXPERTISE:
5 + years senior experience working in marketing and communications at senior level.
Experience in Luxury fashion, accessories or lifestyle, Luxury travel/ Hospitality brands
Excellent understanding of digital and social marketing
Strong communications skills
Excellent leadership skills
