Roles & Responsibilities-
· Demonstrates knowledge and clinical skills applicable to the clinical specialties and acts as a clinical resource to staff.
· Provides and supports direct culturally acceptable care for patients and families.
· Promotes a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research, evidence based practice and the development of additional skills within the speciality.
· Promotes good health and well-being through education.
· Responsible for the overall nursing management, service delivery and evaluation of the nursing department, which includes leadership/participation in strategic planning, business development; programme evaluation, mentoring and general operations
· Implement policy and procedures across the healthcare facility.
· Evaluate personnel and prepare daily reports.
· Assist with recruitment, screening, and enrollment of personnel.
· Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.
· Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient visits.
Skills & Qualifications-
· DHA Eligibility/ License
· Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
· Prior experience of 4-6 years in the healthcare industry including as at-least 2 years as a Clinical Coordinator (GCC experience is preferred).
· Professional administrator with excellent communication and IT skills.
· Handle diverse environments and react efficiently in emergency situations.
· Evidence of completion of discipline specific specialist courses. With valid BLS and ACLS license. (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
· Minimum 2 years in Clinical Nurse Coordinator position or not less than 3 years in a Charge/Head Nurse position.
· Minimum 6 years clinical experience in an appropriate & relevant healthcare settings.
· Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
· Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
