Job Role:
· Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned to him through the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by JRCC.
· Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
· Assist Sous Chef with planning, organizing, and executing training for culinary personnel to increase their knowledge about safety, sanitation, and accident prevention principles.
· Consult daily Sous Chef on the daily requirements, functions, and any last-minute events.
· Maintain high professional dress code and should always be neat and tide and in a presentable manner.
· Keep assure that all security systems such as access doors, emergency doors, barriers, CCTV and so on, are all in good condition and working efficiently and effectively.
· Control access for all suppliers/contractors/visitors to inside JRCC premises as per security standard of procedure SOP.
· Daily patrolling tour in all JRCC facilities and ensure all security measurements are in place and report immediately for any potential hazard and when incidents happen.
· Keep high level of communication, cooperation, and coordination with all concerned parties to assure succeed all type of events.
· Assuring that security unit is providing high standard of customer service for all type of events.
· oversee closely all type of the events taking place in JRCC and raising immediate reports such as damage reports, lost and found reports, post event analysis and so on,
· Daily/weekly accurate detailed reports to supervisor highlighting all type of challenges and problems and update once rectified.
· Provide the required driving and transportation services through JRCC logistic fleet and for all type of events and based on business requirements.
· Keep assure that all JRCC logistic and transportation vehicles are well maintained, cleaned and ready to use at any time and report immediately for any maintenance requirements.
· Must be able to perform any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
